Landlords
We get the results landlords need. Our portfolio is increasing rapidly as the number of people choose to invest in Buy to Let properties. Our applicant base is international and we work with a number of corporations, relocation agents, high net worth individuals and developers.
We market extensively within the property press and across the internet offering applicants clear photographs, maps and an area insight. All viewings are accompanied and chauffer driven.
When valuing a property we give landlords a fair and accurate valuation in accordance to rental values within the area enabling landlords to get achievable lets quickly.
Tenants Information
I’ll Take IT!
Once we have found you your new home our agents will then confirm acceptance with the Landlord subject to agreement a holding deposit will be required to take the property off the market and a MARAS reference form will need to be completed.
A Tenancy Agreement will be created for both parties to sign.
Deposit
A deposit will need to be collected and held, please note that this may not be used for paying rent and will be returned to you at the end of your tenancy subject to terms and conditions as stipulated within your tenancy agreement.
Inventory
Once you have the keys to the property all that’s left to do is to meet with the inventory clark on the date agreed and sign in! The inventory is a complete record of the contents and condition of the property.
Rent
Rent is usually paid in advance with the first month being paid upfront.
Fees
Please note we charge for the creation of a contract (£150.00 + VAT) and reference check (£35.00 + VAT). Tenants are obliged to pay for an inventory check whether it be at the start or end of a tenancy to be agreed and the cost of this is dependant on the size of the property.
