Third on the list is Cottesmore Gardens W8 at 4.28 million
Fourth is Mallord Street SW3 at 3.86 million
Sixth is Brunswick Gardens W8 at 2.9 million
Seventh is Bedford Gardens W8 at 2.94 million
Eighth is Sloane Gardens SW1 (just round the corner from us, in fact) at 2.69 million
