And so this is Christmas, and what have you done?

9th December 2013

It's been an interesting year for Champions and one that we leave with a great deal of satisfaction. Highlights include the following:

Working with The Ideas Factory, we re-branded this April to our already iconic Kingsley logo and black/pink design. The response has been unanimously favourable and we have been recently been entered for a design award, "The Transform Awards", which is Europe’s only dedicated celebration of rebranding, repositioning and brand transformation. We will keep you posted about the results.

On the sales front we sold two high end apartments, one in Eaton Square and one in Sloane Square. Both had short leases and were sold for the asking price and over. We sold a number of  apartments in Chelsea, others in Knightsbridge and South Kensington and also further afield in West Kensington and Notting Hill. Unlike many other sales agencies we cover a large area of central London as well as our home patch and we are always ready to take on new properties and new challenges, whatever the part of central London.

Lettings had a great Spring and Summer but September was a little underwhelming with noticeably fewer well-off students from the Far East to hoover up supply. Winter has begun with a relatively healthier level of demand and as long as landlords keep their rents competitive, there are lettings to be had.

We have been joined by Lisa from LA as our new full time negotiator who is bringing her own brand of California sunshine to illuminate our Winter months.

Have a lovely Christmas from all at Champions and a wonderful New Year.
