It's Eaton Square. Where is everybody?

One of the by-products of Prime-London's rise to prominence as an international home for property investors is that the best and most desirable properties are bought but not, it seems, inhabited. In the current bullish market no one can doubt the quality of investment they represent, but it does seem to lead to a loss of the unique atmosphere that a great garden square can foster.
As estate agents our job is to treat property as a commodity. We are there, after all, for its buying and selling. Nevertheless one cannot help but feel it a shame that such a wonderful part of London is so highly valued and so little used.
